How much is shipping?
We ship all orders completely free of charge within Australia. Express shipping is available at an additional charge at checkout.
What happens after I place an order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne after receiving payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped through Australia Post with tracking number. We will confirm when your order has been shipped out and provide you with a tracking number for ease of mind.
Estimated delivery times
Australia Post Standard Parcel Post (free on all orders): 2-6 business days
Australia Post Express Post: 1-3 business days
Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we are still aiming to first satisfy our domestic Australian customers. However, we plan to expand internationally in the future. Feel free to contact us via the contact form to let us know where you want us!
