Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Barbell Boss gear - but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging, with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Requesting a Return
Email us at support@barbellboss.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with approval, a return label, and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please don’t send anything back until we’ve confirmed your return - unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@barbellboss.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are subject to the same return conditions once dispatched. Change-of-mind returns are assessed from the date the item is delivered, not the date of purchase.
