Shipping questions
How much is shipping?
We ship all orders completely free of charge within Australia. Express shipping is available at an additional charge at checkout.
For international orders, the fee can be seen during checkout depending on your region.
What happens after I place an order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne after receiving payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped through Australia Post with tracking number. We will confirm when your order has been shipped out and provide you with a tracking number for ease of mind.

Australia Post Standard Parcel Post (free on all orders): 2-6 business days
Australia Post Express Post: 1-3 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to selected countries worldwide, including the Asia Pacific region, North America, and more.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’d like more information. If customs charges are refused or unpaid, the order may be returned to us - in that case, any refund will exclude the original shipping cost.
